Service Description

Building and maintaining strength, flexibility and condition are core components to deterring aging and retaining functional movement. Did you know - Strong gluteal muscles (butt muscles) are needed to stand, walk and balance? Strong gluteal muscles make up part of a strong core which enables us to get in or out of a car; sit and strand from the toilet or a chair. These are functional activities! Gluteal muscles atrophy/weaken the more we sit. Sitting can be a part of our job, however, there are simple exercises which can be done to build strength in order to maintain function. COUCH POTATOES are NOT FUNCTIONAL!!!!
