Service Description

60 minute session - $75 Exercise and movement are vital to life. My observation is that as humans, we are always in a flexed forward position, hunching over a computer, phone, steering wheel, kitchen counter, etc. Over time, this throws our skeletal muscles and body out of alignment creating musculature and skeletal imbalances. Rounded shoulders lead to neck and upper back pain, weaker core muscles to include the abdominals, lower back, hip flexors and hip extensors. It is a reaction creating muscular imbalance up the kinematic chain. Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is my tool to improve muscle elasticity and restore muscular balance to the body.
